Our mentoring program is truly life changing for the mentor and the mentee. Our goal is that all of our teens will have a mentor every year they are with us. Although we ask new mentors to commit for one year, the Girls Into Women mentoring experience has been so rewarding and fulfilling that many of our mentors continue working with their mentees for years after.

“Mentoring with the Rhonda Walker Foundation has been life changing for me and my family. I mentored a young , shy 9th grader with very low self esteem officially for a year but she truly became apart of my family. She is an outgoing college sophomore now, with strong self-esteem and confidence.”
