Kimberly Keaton Williams is the Senior Director of the Central Sourcing Group at Kelly Services. She is responsible for overseeing a large team of recruiting professionals that supports Kelly’s operations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Kimberly is an experienced business professional with expertise in Product Management, Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Business Development, Workforce Management Solutions and Operations. She received a B.S. degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. A strong believer in continuous education, Kimberly also earned her Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Outsourcing Professional certification.
As a RWF Board Member, Kimberly is co-chair of the Program Development Committee which is responsible for designing and executing monthly programs for our teens focused on college preparation, cultural awareness, health and wellness, leadership, and FUN. In addition to RWF, Kimberly supports her passion for helping others by serving on the Board of Directors for Inforum (a professional development organization for women), and as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Jack and Jill of America, and the National Black M.B.A. Association.
Kimberly is proud of her wonderful family – husband, Mark Williams and children, Taylor and Troy. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
