For over 12 years, Erycka Hunter has driven operational excellence and innovative people strategies across various sectors. Now, as the CEO of the Rhonda Walker Foundation, Erycka is focused on creating a transformative environment where young women feel empowered to lead with confidence, supported by programs that nurture their talents and open doors to endless opportunities. Before joining the Foundation, Erycka supported nonprofit organizations as a Fractional HR Consultant and Executive Coach, while serving as the Principal Consultant of Hunter Professional Solutions. She also held pivotal roles at the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, Flint Community Schools, and the City of Flint, where she discovered her passion for shaping initiatives that empower communities.

As CEO of the Rhonda Walker Foundation, Erycka’s vision centers on expanding the organization’s programs to reach more young women, leveraging partnerships, mentorship opportunities, and educational resources to provide the tools needed for success.
